Pattern-Making
Textile modelling is a demanding, rigorous and delicate process that defines the quality of the final product. YoungStar's experience, combined with the effectiveness of different tools, makes it possible to create high quality moulds and cutting maps, to avoid textile waste
Cutting
Cutting is the process by which the various parts that make up the final product are created. Precise and efficient cutting optimises the use of material, reduces waste and contributes to the final quality of the parts.
We have the capacity for both automatic and manual cutting when the parts, product, or fabric require it.
Sewing
It's the moment when the final product is built by sewing the cut pieces together. At Youngstar we manage this entire cycle, adapting to all orders and executing them with the highest quality. We have the installed capacity to work with fabric, knitwear, and combinations of these and non-woven fabrics.
Finishing
It consists of a detailed inspection of the garment, ironing, packing and dispatch. We provide a complete service, from labelling to bagging or hanging, ready for the shops. Each garment is special and unique and our attention to detail and quality control guarantee the best items within the agreed deadlines.
